I have been using a meal delivery service, where you cook the meals, and I didn't feel like following the recipe for the tilapia. So I simply heated my skillet, added oil and butter, dusted the tilapia with Danforth Greek spice, a touch of salt, and into the pan. Cooked it about 4 minutes a side, since the original had called for 8 to 10 minutes under the broiler. Served it with rice and veggies, and it was delish!!

Every cupboard needs this staple for Greek inspired dishes!

This reminds me of the local Indian restaurant in my area. It's inspired me to do Indian dishes. I use this for butter chicken and any dish with rice and meat!! So good!!! It's up there with their shakshuka blend for me!! Can't wait to try this in a dip!!

This is the best slice I get from Lex! You can make it spicy by adding more but most of all I love making the dip version from sour cream and mayo! That is how I tried it when I first discovered them at the farmers market!! I love the depth of flavours in this spice. It's really good with chicken and tofu, I also use it for my meatballs
